Furkan Bayoglu is a global investor and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in real estate, strategic investments, and business development across Turkey, Europe, and the United States.
A graduate of Istanbul Technical University, he has led landmark office projects including the Unilever Headquarters — one of Turkey's first LEED-certified buildings — as well as Buyaka and Business Istanbul. As Managing Partner at Kalakbayson, he oversees a diversified portfolio spanning real estate, technology, and infrastructure, strengthened by a strategic partnership with the Gulf-based Al Hamadi family.
His international footprint includes developments in Tuscany (Undici Regni), Miami, Bulgaria, and the Gulf region. He also operates TrendOfis, TrendEnerji, and the HUBY Café chain.
